I love cryptic crosswords, but had never noticed an anagram of Greta is “great” How apt is that ? Thank you to the friend who pointed that one out to me. There are a few other famous people who know a certain truth, but in at least one instance fame prevents, William Shatner, Bill Gates, David Attenborough, that’s an eclectic mix, would anyone like to guess their shared belief ? When I’m a famous author, there will be another.

This little story has a famous fish chef, and two characters called Pat Carrot and Billy the Squid. I’ve watched the Movie Pat Garret and Billy the Kid many times it stared Kris Kristofferson and featured Bob Dylan as Alias, most people will know Knocking on Heavens door from that movie written of course by Dylan, as was the rest of the sound track.

Pat Carrot and Billy the Squid, they                            were the best of friends, both shared the same table, but both came from different ends.

Billy was getting battered one day, Pat could hardly dare to look, then he stared into their enemies eyes, a famous tv cook.

Dick Spline, he was evil, many a fish he’d fried or boiled, he’d tried to cook Billy and Pat many times, but his plan they’d always foiled.

Pat looked around at his other friends, Colly Flower, Spud, and Onion, Billy”s fate was sealed, of that they’d all put money on.

Pat kicked Onion in the stem, he hurtled down the table, he cut himself on a kitchen knife, then bounced off a bottle of maple.

Dick never saw it coming, as Onion hit him in the eye, many tears began to flow, and he fell face down in a custard pie.
