My old car is 58 years old, and can still do its job of getting from A-B .Ok so it runs on petrol and isn’t that efficient, but how many cars would have been scrapped during that period? Using how many resources and causing how much pollution?

In twenty years I won’t be here, but I consider myself a bit of a seer. I can see the way ahead, a way that leaves humanity dead.
iPhones computers, Alexa, and Siri, they’ll still be around and being silly. There is also one thing for sure they’ll still be all the weapons of war.
It seems we can’t do without the need, the need for power violence and greed. On we go marching to our fate, moving at an exponential rate.
Technology doesn’t need us any more you know, it’s all grow up now, it runs the show.
It will make us bigger bombs, more lethal hardware, can we challenge it do we dare?
