I’m I a misanthrope? Maybe. Odd isn’t it most of you young ones out there will know what a trope is but how about misanthrope?
I did actually have to look up the meaning of trope it is a recurring theme in a book or movie, quite ironic really I can’t watch many movies because of the recurring themes of violence, death and destruction.

I looked up trope on my little internet machine, I still don’t understand that little word what it really means
Is it some kind of recurring theme, a little bit like a meme, I must be really old ‘cause I don’t even know what that one means
The lady at the library tried, then washed har hands of it with soap, I searched through every dictionary, could I find it? Nope
Thixotropic I found but that’s a kind of gel, could I find this trope word though ? Could I flipping hell
I remember a western movie where the cowboy used to rope. Then there was the one about a vampire he was a misanthrope
Every year new words are announced to go in the dictionary, I do hope trope will go in soon for my sanity I’m beginning to worry
I’m going to write to prompt compiler, “What is this word trope? Pay my hundred pounds for a stamp and send it in an envelope
Compiler won’t understand it though he’s just a dumb machine, I’m going for a lie down now and take my medicine.
