Random and surreal poetry satire and short stories.

Rats and Ships and Certain Facts.

I’m fascinated that the main protagonist in the decimation of our planet, are making plans to find somewhere else they can rape.

RATS and SHIPS and CERTAIN FACTS

My perspective hasn’t changed, its rooted firmly in truth and fact
I’m anchored here like some old oak I’m not falling back
Tell me “We can go on like this” I’m not going to shift
Off we float like some rudderless boat, until into cliffs we drift

Captains we have plenty, admirals we have nought
Until we form a fleet we’ll never reach a port
The rats all have their plans, to abandon the sinking ships
Once they’ve used up all supplies, “Farewell” they’ll wave “We enjoyed the trip”

All Words Meadowhead Bard.
